Introducing BlueGlass

Today at noon, BlueGlass Interactive, Inc. was officially launched. Why should you care? Because they are a force to be reckoned with, and because I am part of their creative team.

BlueGlass emerged as a conversational question from our CMO Chris Winfield:

“What if a group of companies with unique offerings, histories and expertise merged to form a new concept in interactive marketing, which emulates a standard in the traditional media space: a full service, end-to-end marketing agency with unlimited resources?”

My role with BlueGlass is as the Director of Content Development. Basically, that means that I’m responsible for generating compelling and creative content ideas for social media. I couldn’t be more excited.

So why am I so pumped to work for BlueGlass? Three main reasons:

1. Quality. Everyone I’ve worked with at BlueGlass is committed to creating killer content by making quality our top priority. We want everything we write and create to be top-notch. If the quality is great, then how can it not succeed?

2. Clients. BlueGlass works with some amazing companies and big names that you’ve definitely heard of, including Thomson Reuters, Intuit, Yahoo, Comcast, the NFL, and NBC Universal. How could you not want to be a part of that?

3. People. Okay, it’s awesome to be working with some of the greatest minds in social media. But it’s also astonishing to me how fun it is to work with every single person in the company. We work hard, but we are also good people, funny people, smart people, and we love our jobs. It’s pretty hard to find a corporate culture as awesome as what BlueGlass has to offer. And happy employees make better content.

After freelancing for 18 months, I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this amazing company.

Expect great things from us.
